ahhh, recovery!

So I'm recovering from my long run, feeling better every day! This is important because this is the first week of my plan from my new coach; Laura Sophiea! I'm excited about it and can't wait to see what Laura has me scheduled to do in the next few weeks!

Yesterday was a nice bike that was cut a little short by a crying baby... AJ woke up early from his nap. That's okay, I got a good sweat in...

Today was a good swim workout, main set was 200's that had my arms burning a bit, but in a good way.

First day of summer vacation and it's already crazy... once AJ wakes up from his morning nap, we have a full schedule until 5:00 pm! Jason has a party and karate and I have some grocery shopping to do!
