Whiplash!

I had a great run yesterday! Felt great, bouncy, effortless...

...then today I got on my bike... usually my favorite part of the week... long ride...

UGH... legs felt like L-E-A-D!

during the 5:30 min intervals (all freaking 8 of 'em!!) at 200w; I felt like someone was pouring saltwater through my leg muscles.

It's one of the funny things about training... the how you feel whiplash... one day awesome, the next day gruesome!

The good news, I lived through it! on to fight another day...

and next week... I know a bike trainer who should be fearful of what's to come...

...well, hopefully :-D
