Well... there wasn't any puking! I guess I didn't go hard enough, at least that's what I hear from Alex. ha ha
results were:
for 5 min test - avg watts 244
for 20 min test - avg watts 211
I guess we will see in a couple of weeks if I can improve upon that! Now it's back to mommyhood! Making homemade mac and cheese for the little guy... trying to sneak in some butternut squash puree, hopefully that goes well!!

Sweet numbers! Nice job.
ReplyDeleteHow did you do it? Power meter? Computrainer?
Sadly, I have neither. But there are some winter computrainer time trial races in Boston, so I do get power numbers once and a while, but not often enough to really let me know how my fitness is progressing.
Hey Jamie, I used the new power meter I received for xmas; the Quarq CinQo Saturn. I really like it! It will be interesting to see how/if the numbers change as I go through this season.
ReplyDeleteSweet! I am going to be getting a powermeter too. Excite!!
ReplyDeleteSee you at Rev3 Cedar Point. Are you doing any of the other ones? I am doing the full there too. YAY
